Мир и спокойствие, достигнутые победой над Рао, продлились недолго. Перед Кэнширо предстаёт новый враг — воины Гэнто Кокэн. Фалько, последователь боевого стиля Гэнто, принимает заказы от злого правителя по имени Джако. Он называет себя человеком, выбранным Тэнтэй, и приказывает своим подчинённым искать рабов для постройки своей Имперской столицы. Кэнширо придётся выйти из тени, чтобы положить конец тирании нового правителя. Среди всего этого хаоса похищают Лин, и она попадает в земли шуров, где обитают самые безжалостные воины. Теперь Кэнширо должен отправиться в таинственное королевство Шура и победить трёх правителей, освоивших боевое искусство Хокуто Рюкэн.
